BME HighWay is a service receiving banking positions (statements) for companies, and also sends out payment and collection orders and receives confirmations and rejections.
There are two versions of the service. BME HighWay SWIFT ENGINE is for banks and other financial institutions subcontracting their SWIFT messaging. The other version, BME HighWay CORPORATES, may be applied to any major listed or unlisted multinational that deals with a large number of banks. BME HighWay centralises statements, collections and payments via SWIFT.
BME HighWay SWIFT ENGINE is the SWIFT Infrastructure outsourcing service BME Innova offers for small and medium-sized financial institutions. This service provides financial institutions with all the functions of the SWIFT Network without having to undertake the high costs of their own SWIFT network.
BME HighWay CORPORATES is based on BME's certification as a SWIFT Service Bureau and its guarantees of reliability, security and confidentiality, on the strength of its experience as operator of all financial platforms and securities markets in Spain.
BME HighWay targets the Finance and Treasury Divisions of Spanish companies operating abroad.
BME HighWay SWIFT ENGINE is ideal for smaller financial institutions, which do not generate sufficiently high volumes of messages, and can use the functions of the SWIFT Network. These companies can use BME HighWay SWIFT ENGINE to access BME's SWIFT Infrastructure.
