ISC Freshwater Investment, Socimi, S.A. ( "ISC Freshwater") is a real estate management company, which currently leases the total of its real estate portfolio.
In April 2010, ISC Freshwater acquired from Banco de Sabadell, S.A. a portfolio of bank branches consisting of 378 banking offices and 159 parking lots (the "Assets") and immediately signed an operating lease with Sabadell for rent the Assets. In 2015, revenues generated by these assets amounted to 20 million euros.
Currently, ISC Freshwater owns 213 real estate assets, after some asset sales carried out in recent years. As of March 31, 2016, the Assets have an area of ??more than 77,000 m2 located in 13 regions, 32 provinces and 125 cities, distributed mostly in Cataluña, Madrid, Comunidad Valenciana, Andalucía and Asturias.
ISC Freshwater is a subsidiary of Branch Management SAPI de C.V., a Mexican Company represented by investors with great experience and prestige in the Mexican and International real estate market. Also, this group of investors controls the largest real investment trust in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
