GIGAS Hosting to start trading on MAB tomorrow
A cloud computing service provider with international presence
The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of GIGAS HOSTING on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee
The company is scheduled to start trading tomorrow, 3 November. Together with the listing, the company has carried out a €4.1 million capital increase, bringing its initial market capitalisation to €13.8 million. The starting price will be €3.25 per share.
The company’s trading code will be GIGA and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.

GIGAS HOSTING provides cloud computing solutions at international level. Its products are as follows: the "Cloud VPS", focused mainly on self-employed workers, SMEs mostly in the technology sector, which hire a small server to be used as a web server; and "Cloud Datacenter" intended for medium and large companies, which replicates the elements and functionalities of a physical data centre.
