The Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) has registered a Commercial Paper Programme by Aldesa with a maximum value of €50 million, aimed at diversifying its funding sources and its short-term lines of credit.
Ahorro Corporacion Financiera and Intermoney are acting as Collaborating Entities and Underwriters and will be responsible for distributing the commercial paper to institutional clients and qualified investors. The Registered Advisor for the Programme is Deloitte while J&A Garrigues has provided the company with legal advice for this transaction.
The commercial paper to be issued under this programme - the seventh commercial paper programme on MARF- has a maturity ranging between 3 working days and 731 calendar days (two years at maturity), its nominal amount per unit will be €100,000 and will have the guarantee of Aldesa Group.
Aldesa is a construction group with operations in Spain, Mexico and Poland, also present in Peru, Guatemala, Romania and India. It deals in the development of civil engineering infrastructures, singular building and also operates in the industrial, renewable energy and concessions sectors. Its total revenues in 2014 amounted to €675 million, of which 62% were generated abroad. The Group's EBITDA for the same period was €81 million.
