Two new SOCIMIs (REITs) to start trading on MAB
Inversiones Doalca and Jaba I Inversiones Inmobiliarias to start trading on MAB on March 11th
With these two additions, there are 49 companies trading on MAB, of which 15 are SOCIMIs (REITs)
The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on Inversiones Doalca SOCIMI and Jaba I Inversiones Inmobiliarias SOCIMI,stating that the companes are eligible for admission to the SOCIMI (REITs) segment following a thorough review of all the information presented by them.
The trading code of Inversiones Doalca will be YDOA. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores as Liquidity Provider.
Based on the valuation report by independent expert Grant Thornton, each of the shares in Inversiones Doalca was valued by its Board of Directors at €26.81, giving the company an overall valuation of €162.8 million.
The Company owns a portfolio of 11 properties located in Madrid, Barcelona and Toledo. Their combined built-up surface reaches 42,315 square metres and the overall surface for lease represents 32,321 square metres.
The trading code of Jaba I Inversiones Inmobiliarias will be YABA. Armabex Asesores Registrados is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores as Liquidity Provider.
Based on the valuation report by independent expert Aguirre Newman, each of the shares in Jaba I Inversiones Inmobiliarias was valued by its Board of Directors at €1.03, giving the company an overall valuation of €18.9 million.
The Company owns a portfolio of 4 office blocks located in Madrid and Barcelona.
Trading in these two companies will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.
