VITRUVIO Real Estate SOCIMI to start trading on MAB on 8 July

Nineteenth SOCIMI (REIT) to join the market

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on VITRUVIO REAL ESTATE SOCIMI, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the SOCIMIs (REITs) segment of the market, following a review of all the information presented by the company. 

The company, the 19th to be listed on the MAB’s REITs segment, is scheduled to start trading on 8 July, pending the approval by the Board of MAB. 

The company’s trading code will be YVIT and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores as Liquidity Provider. 

Based on the appraisal report by independent expert Grant Thornton Advisory the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €12.63, which brings its overall valuation to €38.53 million. 

VITRUVIO REAL ESTATE SOCIMI is the owner of 4 residential buildings, 5 property assets for office use, 4 shops, 2 store rooms, all of them located in Madrid, and a residential property in Ibiza.
