ISC Fresh Water Investment Socimi to start trading on MAB on 15 July

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on ISC FRESH WATER INVESTMENT SOCIMI,stating that the company is eligible for admission to the SOCIMIs (REITs) segment of this market, following a review of all the information presented by the company.

The company, the 20^th to be listed on the MAB’s REITs segment, is scheduled to start trading on 15 July, pending the approval by the Board of MAB.

The company’s trading code will be “YISC” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores as Liquidity Provider.

Based on the appraisal report by independent expert EY the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €22.86, which brings its overall valuation to €171.38 million.

The REIT is the owner of 213 assets, located in 13 autonomous regions, 32 provinces and 125 cities.
