VozTelecom to start trading on MAB on Thursday
A company that specialises in cloud communication services for SMEs
The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of VOZTELECOM on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company is scheduled to start trading next Thursday, 28 July. Together with the listing, the company has carried out a €2.8 million capital increase, bringing its initial market capitalisation to €13.02 million. The starting price will be €2.90 per share.
The company’s trading code will be VOZ and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.

VOZTELECOM OIGAA360 is a specialist provider of cloud communications and IP telephony services for SMEs in a field known as Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Since its beginnings, the company has developed a broad range of services under the OIGAA brand, which allow it to adapt to the size and nature of its clients. Voztelecom is currently building an exclusive distribution network with OIGAA Centrex as its main service.
