The 22nd company to be listed on the MAB’s REITs segment
The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on GMP PROPERTY SOCIMI, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the SOCIMIs (REITs) segment of the market, following a review of all the information presented by the company.
The company the 22nd to be listed on the MAB’s REITs segment, is scheduled to start trading on Friday 29 July, pending the approval by the Board of MAB.
The company’s trading code will be YGMP and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores as Liquidity Provider.
Based on the appraisal report by independent expert Ernst & Young the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €42, which brings its overall valuation to €803 million.
GMP is a real estate investment group that specialises in office blocks rental. It currently has a portfolio of 16 assets (27 buildings) with a gross area for rent stretching 360,000 m2, all located in Madrid
