The 28th REIT to list on MAB
The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of VBARE Iberian Properties SOCIMI on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company - the 28th REIT to list on the Spanish Alternative Market (MAB) - is scheduled to start trading on Friday 23 December.
The company’s trading code will be “YVBA” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as Registered Adviser and Renta 4 Banco as Liquidity Provider.
Based on the appraisal report by independent expert Grant Thornton, the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €12.9, which brings its overall valuation to €20.6 million.
VBARE Iberian Properties SOCIMI specialises in residential rental and its strategy is focussed on the acquisition of real estate assets, its restoration and rental. It currently owns 183 real estate assets, all of which are located in Madrid
