Ores Socimi to start trading on MAB on 22 February

The 31st REIT to list on MAB

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on ORES, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market, following a review of all the information presented by the company.


The company - the 31st REIT to list on the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) - is scheduled to start trading on 22February, pending the approval by the Board of MAB.


The company’s trading code will be “YORE” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”. VGM is acting as Registered Adviser and Bankinter Securities as Liquidity Provider.


Taking into account the capital increase carried out by the company prior to the listing - to the value of €196.6 million - the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €1, which brings its overall valuation to €196.6 million.


ORES is a real estate investment company managed by Bankinter and Sierra Spain whose goal is to generate yields on property rents and provide the return on capital arising from its selective acquisition and active management of residential properties in Spain and Portugal.
