Colon Viviendas SOCIMI to start trading on Monday, 3 July
The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of COLON VIVIENDAS SOCIMIin the SOCIMI (REITs) segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company - the 34th REIT to list on MAB - is scheduled to start trading on Thursday, July 3rd.
The company’s trading code will be “YCOL” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”. Armabex Asesores Registrados is acting as Registered Adviser and BNP Paribas España as Liquidity Provider.
Based on the appraisal report by independent expert CBRE Valuation Advisory, the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €2.13, which brings its overall valuation to €19 million.
