BME to bring together 18 Spanish Mid & Small Caps with European investors in Frankfurt
- Representing a combined market value of over €7 billion
Today marks the start of the twelfth edition of the Frankfurt European Midcap Event, an annual gathering in which BME is a sponsor for the second time, on this occasion together with GVC Gaesco Beka. The event is aimed at bringing small and medium capitalisation companies from different European countries together with over 60 investors interested in this type of issuers.
The companies that will be represented are BME, CAF, Prisa, Talgo, LAR, Solaria, Pharma Mar, Audax, Medcomtech, Greenalia, Grenergy, ADL Bionatur, Atrys, AB Biotics, Gigas, Lleidanet, Tier1 and VozTelecom, which have a combined market value exceeding €7 billion.
Through this initiative, BME and GVC Gaesco Beka intend to improve the visibility of these companies’ fundamentals and that of their corporate governance in the market as well as providing analysts and investors with direct access to their management teams, which will result in greater liquidity and financing potential.
This international meeting complements BME’s habitual initiatives to support companies listed on the Spanish market, in this case providing them with access to European investors, mainly German.
The initiative is part of the BME 4Companies project, aimed at facilitating the services and tools necessary for listed companies to achieve their growth and financing objectives within the stock market’s transparency and efficiency framework.
