IGBM Index new composition for the second half of 2019
- The index will comprise 125 stocks, following the exclusion of Hispania and Telepizza
The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee, during its ordinary index review meeting has decided that the Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM)and theIndice Total will be made up of 125 stocks in the second half of the year, following the exclusion of TELEPIZZA and HISPANIA ACTIVOS INMOBILIARIOS SOCIMI.
The two companies have been deleted from the index due to takeover bids. HISPANIA ACTIVOS INMOBILIARIOS SOCIMI was delisted on April 17th, 2019, following a takeover bid launched by Alzette Investment, while TELEPIZZA is expected to be excluded due to a takeover bid by TASTY BIDCO and following the approval at the General Shareholders' Meeting of 17th June of the delisting of the company.
