Millenium Hotels Real Estate to start trading on MAB on July 4th.

The Board of Directors of MAB, BME’s Growth Market, has approved the listing of MILLENIUM HOTELS REAL ESTATE, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company is scheduled to start trading on July 4th.
The company’s ticker symbol will be “YMHRE”. RENTA 4 CORPORATE is the Registered Adviser while RENTA 4 BANCO will act as Liquidity Provider.
On 20 June the company made a capital increase, in which 34,797,200 shares were subscribed by over 400 investors, representing a value of 174 million euros.
The reference value set by the company’s Board of Directors for each of the shares is 5 euros, which brings its overall valuation to 250 million euros.
