MAB welcomes Kompuestos

MAB today welcomed PLÁSTICOS COMPUESTOS (KOMPUESTOS), with the traditional bell ringing. It was performed by Ignacio Duch, president of KOMPUESTOS. The company started trading August 12th. Following this incorporation, MAB comprises a total 116 companies. It is the 13th company listed in this BME’s market this year.
“The incorporation of the company PLÁSTICOS COMPUESTOS is a great satisfaction for us and confirmes MAB’s consolidation and its financing capacity. In the first half of the year, the market has concentrated €781.7 million in capital increase, six times more than in the same period last year”, Jesús González Nieto, General Manager of MAB, stated on the occasion of the incorporation.
Impulsa Capital is the Registered Adviser of the company while GVC Gaesco Beka will act as Liquidity Provider.
