Company Profile

Domo Activos Socimi S.A., is a quoted public limited company of investment in the real estate market (as a REIT). Its corporate purpose is the acquisition and development of urban real estate for rent, holding of shares in the capital of SOCIMIs or that of other
entities, as well as the possession of shares or holdings in Collective Real Estate Investment Institutions.

The Company focuses its strategy on residential real estate development as a way of generating value by offering its shareholders the opportunity to participate and profit from the entire real estate cycle: land acquisition, construction, rental and subsequent sale.
Domo Activos offers investors the opportunity to invest in the new residential housing rental market through the creation and subsequent exploitation of leased assets. It also allows for the appreciation in value of these assets through the capital gains derived from their sale, without ruling out in a complementary or alternative way, the operation of commercial premises, offices, and even urban apartments or hotels for tourists.

The management of the company has been entrusted to Domo Gestora de Viviendas S.L.U., an entity specialised in the creation and external management of real estate development vehicles.
