Mercal has a portfolio of first class assets located in the best locations, leased to large companies with long and medium term lease contracts. This allows to maintain high occupancy levels and stable income.
Additionally, Mercal has outstanding capacity to generate recurring income, due to the long lifetime of its operating assets and its customer base, which enables it to create value in a sustained manner over time. Moreover, the appreciation potential of its property assets adds further capital gains to the revenues from rentals generated.
The Company’s business is based on the lease and management of real estate portfolio consisting of twelve commercial stores, an office, a hospital, land and two garages.
Mercal’s real estate assets are currently rented with the exception of Cabaña de Yepes land, which is a rustic property.
