RREF II Al Breck SOCIMI S.A.U., together with its subsidiaries Al Breck Sub-Soc Eustaquio Rodriguez 8 S.L.U, Al Breck Sub-Soc Reyes 5 S.L.U. y Al Breck Sub-Soc Manzana 14 S.L.U., are a group focused on real estate rental management of assets located in the best areas within the Community of Madrid. Their portfolio is composed of a carefully chosen assets deemed attractive for renters as well as end-buyers of residential real estate.
Their current portfolio is formed by 693 assets, comprising 293 residential units in 30 buildings, totaling 38,709 sqm, with their storage rooms and parking spaces, and 12 retail units and one office, totaling 2,150 sqm. All of them are located within Madrid, the majority of them are in the best neighborhoods such as Centro, Salamanca, Chamberí, Chueca or La Moraleja (Alcobendas).
RREF II Al Breck SOCIMI S.A.U. was incorporated in September 2014 and that same year all the assets including in the portfolio were acquired.
The group’s management model is focused on maximizing shareholder’s return by means of an assets’ careful selection, ongoing effort towards optimize properties’ management, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
