Company Profile

URO PROPERTY HOLDINGS, S.A. is an asset management real estate company, whose assets are mainly leased to Banco Santander. 

In 2007 Uro acquired 1152 bank branches units and signed a long term lease with Banco Santander for all them. During 2017 the revenue generated from these leases exceeded 100M euros. 

Actually, after having completed some asset sales over the last years, URO owns 692 assets. They have a total area of 326.975m2 and are placed all around Spain with a majority sited on the main capital cities. Approximately, half of the branches are placed in Madrid, Cataluña and Andalucia. 

Uro has a team of professionals who come from the real estate and the financial industry and hold a long experience and knowledge of the market, such as Carlos Martínez de Campos, James Preston y Simon Blaxland.
