LIFT FROM TRADING SUSPENSION OF THE ISSUER ENERGÍA, INNOVACIÓN Y DESARROLLO FOTOVOLTAICO, S. A.

On 24 August 2023, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), has adopted the following decision:

“Lift, with effect from 28 August 2023 at 8:30 a.m., the precautionary suspension agreed on 14 April 2023, of the issuer Energía, Innovación y Desarrollo Fotovoltaico, S. A. on the following trading venues shares listed on BME Growth Segment of BME MFT Equity and other financial instruments listed on MARF, as a result of making available to the public, on the Stock Exchanges market operators and the CNMV, sufficient information in regards of the process of the preparation of accounts and publication of the audited financial information related to the period ended on 31 December 2022.”

This information includes the relevant information disclosed by the issuer from the date of suspension and the additional information required by CNMV, not responded by the issuer and disclosed as relevant information today.
