ELAIA Investment Spain SOCIMI receives favourable report from MAB

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on ELAIA INVESTMENT SPAIN SOCIMI, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market’s REITs segment following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.  

The company’s ticker symbol will be “YEIS” and it will be traded through the “price fixing” system. Renta 4 Corporate is the Registered Advisor while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.

Taking into account the change of ownership prior to the listing, the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €10.55, which brings its overall valuation to €119.1 million.

ELAIA INVESTMENT SPAIN SOCIMI (EIS) is a real state investment company that focuses its strategy on the purchase of seafront tourist properties with high growth potential and, subsequently, the purchase of residential assets in Madrid and Barcelona. EIS is currently the owner of 12 assets worth €145 million located in Madrid, Costa del Sol, Mallorca and Costa Brava.
