MAB will close 2017 with 46 REITS listed

• The Board of MAB approves the listing of BARCINO PROPERTY SOCIMI and  STUDENT PROPERTIES SPAIN SOCIMI on 27^th December

The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of BARCINO PROPERTYSOCIMI and STUDENT PROPERTIES SPAIN SOCIMI, following a review of all the information presented by both companies and the submission, by the Coordination and Admissions Committee, of the corresponding favourable reports.

The two companies will start trading on Wednesday 27^th December, bringing the total number of REITS listed on MAB to 46.
