MAB welcomes PROEDUCA

• Its market value is 223 million euros

MAB today welcomed PROEDUCA, an online university education company based in the Spanish region of La Rioja. Following this incorporation, MAB comprises a total 109 companies and last year it raised a record financing of 1.18 billion euros, up 72% from the previous year.

VGM Advisory Partners is the Registered Adviser  of the company while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.

“With a market value of 223 million euros, PROEDUCA clearly is proof that MAB is not only for small companies but also for mature, bigger ones”, Jesús González Nieto, Vicepresident and General Manager of MAB, stated on the occasion of the incorporation.
