Greening Group to start trading in BME Growth on 17 April

• The company, which is the first to enter this market so far this year, starts with a valuation of 143 million euros

The Board of Directors of the Market has approved the listing of GREENING GROUP on 17 April following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by the Coordination and Admission Committee.    

The company's Board of Directors has set a reference value for each of its shares of 4.92 euros, which is the subscription price of share subscription offers carried out by the company, giving a total valuation of the company of 143 million euros.

The company’s ticker symbol will be “GGR”. The company’s Registered Adviser is GVC Gaesco Valores while Banco Sabadell will act as Liquidity Provider.
