Sonnedix España Commercial Paper has registered a new commercial paper programme on BME – BME’s fixed income market, MARF, with a maximum outstanding balance of €75 million. The commercial papers issued under the programme will have nominal units of €100,000 and will be available only to qualified and professional investors. They will have maturity dates of up to a maximum of 24 months.
Sonnedix España Commercial Paper is a subsidiary of Sonnedix Power Holdings Limited. The notes to be issued will be guaranteed by Sonnedix Solar Holdings Limited and Sonnedix UK Services Limited.
Banco Sabadell is the Registered Advisor and Payment Agent. Banco Sabadell, Renta 4 Banco and Bestinver Sociedad de Valores will act as the Collaborating Entities, and Bondholders as Guarantees Administrative Agent.
J&A Garrigues has served as the legal advisor to the issuer in the registration of the programme, while Ashurst has served as legal advisor to the Guarantors under English law.
