Única Real-Estate SOCIMI, S.A., (hereinafter “Única Real-Estate"), Listed Real Estate Investment Company (SOCIMI), whose main objective is to invest in the real estate market, focusing its strategy on the acquisition and leasing of high street retail premises.
The company follows a long-term investment policy, which consists in acquiring and managing high street retail premises for rent to operators in different sectors such as restaurants, fashion, entertainment, health, financial or telecommunications, among others.
Única Real-Estate offers investors the ability to invest in the Spanish High Street Retail market, with a solid return and a low risk profile. The risk is controlled through the quality of the assets, the diversification of the portfolio and a moderate level of financial leverage.
The company has its own management team, with extensive experience in the real estate market. The managers are supervised by the Board of Directors. The management team deals with both the analysis of investment opportunities and their execution, as well as the daily management of their leases, with the aim of achieving an optimum profitability.
