Student Properties Spain SOCIMI, S.A. (hereinafter "SPS" or the "Company") is a real estate investment vehicle focused on investing in student housing structured under the special tax regime of the “Sociedades Anónimas Cotizadas de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario” (SOCIMI).
SPS has a diverse shareholding base, without control groups, with more than 80 investors.
The Company currently owns an asset located at Don Ramón de la Cruz street within the Salamanca district, Madrid, which has been completely refurbished and converted into a high-quality student housing facility (more than 5,400 square meters, with 146 rooms and with common areas such as a gym, study/co-working rooms, cinema and a rooftop terrace).
SPS is professionally managed and its Board of Directors is composed by professionals with significant experience in real estate investment and asset management.
SPS plans to expand its portfolio by acquiring additional properties in the main student cities of Spain.
