VozTelecom is a leading supplier of communication services in the cloud for SMEs. It offers a complete array of communication services to satisfy the needs of both business and employees, ranging from the basic to the most demanding of the Spanish SME. The medium term objective of VozTelecom is to become a reference operator in this segment.
VozTelecom has a portfolio of services which stands out for its flexibility and scalability, offering a response to both current and future needs. In addition, it is robust (quality and differentiated services), easy to use (simplifies employee communications) and efficient (competitive in terms of price). Clients enjoy an excellent customer support service and after-sales support undertaken by our own personnel and by those of the distribution channel.
VozTelecom, which has been on the market for over twelve years, has enjoyed a strong growth over the last few years, with sales of over nine million Euros in 2015 alone. Since its launch in 2003, it has been leading the migration of telephony and communication services of its clients, towards IP in the initial years of its operation, and some years later to the cloud.
VozTelecom offers its services - fixed, mobile, internet telephony and virtual PBX amongst others - through a specialized distribution channel and present in the entire national territory. In 2015 it added a network of proprietary Service Points, franchised under the brand OIGAA360 which exclusively commercialises its services portfolio. This strategy, with proven results, will help to drive the growth of VozTelecom over the next few years.
Thanks to a significant effort and investment in R&D&i, VozTelecom has received various national and international awards which have recognized its services. Today, OIGAA Centrex is the most complete and innovative fixed-mobile virtual PBX service on the market. In addition, VozTelecom completes its offer in communications with videoconferencing services in the cloud, backups and hybrid storage, email and collaboration with the offer of Google for Work applications to its portfolio of clients.
The company has its own team completely committed to its clients, distributers and franchisees, distributed amongst its offices in Cerdanyola (Barcelona), Madrid and Tetuán (Moroco). It also has a commercial branch in Mexico City.
VozTelecom is a national operator registered in the CNMC as a telephony service operator available to the public and OMV (virtual mobile operator service provider). It is also a founding member of the association of business operators ASOTEM (www.asotem.es)
