Mansfield Invest SOCIMI, S.A. (“Mansfield”) is a real estate investment company listed in the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (“MAB”). Its main activity consists on the acquisition, management and leasing of urban real estate, mainly offices and commercial, directly as well as through stakes in other SOCIMI or Real Estate Funds.
Currently, Mansfield holds a relevant stake in the equity of La Finca Global Assets SOCIMI, S.A. (“La Finca Global Assets”), an important real estate group in the office and business parks segment in the Comunity of Madrid. Furthermore, Mansfield is represented at the Board and the Leasing Committee of La Finca Global Assets, through which it participates actively in the analysis of business opportunities and its commercial decission making.
Mansfield offers its shareholders the opportunity to participate in the returns of its investment in La Finca Global Assets, which holds prime assets with high occupancy levels.
