THINKSMART to start trading on MAB on 17 November

A company with international presence that specialises in developing incentive programmes

The Board of Directors of MAB has approved the listing of THINKSMART on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.

The company is scheduled to start trading next Tuesday, 17 November. Together with the listing, the company has carried out a €3.75 million capital increase, bringing its initial market capitalisation to €19.03 million. The starting price will be €3.32 per share. 

The company’s trading code will be THK and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.

DCM Asesores is acting as Registered Adviser, Intermoney as Liquidity Provider. 

ThinkSmart operates in more than 20 countries in the development of Sales Performance (Business Performance) technology. It has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon (Portugal), Mexico City (Mexico) and San Francisco (United States). Among its clients are car makers, banks, insurance companies, manufacturers of beverages, large publishing groups, security companies and telecom operators.
