Colon Viviendas SOCIMI receives favourable report from MAB

 The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on COLON VIVIENDAS SOCIMI, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market, following a review of all the information presented by the company. 

The company, the thirty-fourth real estate investment trust (REIT) to be admitted to the market, will start trading once the MAB’s Board of Directors has approved the admission. 

The company’s ticker symbol will be “YCOL” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”. Armabex Asesores Registrados is the Registered Advisor, while BNP Paribas España will act as Liquidity Provider.

In light of the assessment report issued by independent expert, CBRE Valuation Advisory, the Company’s Board of Directors has set a reference value of 2.13 euros for each of its shares, thus placing the Company’s total value at 19 million euros.   

COLON VIVIENDAS SOCIMI is a company dedicated to the investment in residential assets for rent, managed by Azora Gestión SGIIC and currently owns the surface area of 4 blocks of council houses, built on land owned by the Barcelona City Hall.
