Asturiana de Laminados to start trading on MAB on 19 June
The first company to list in the Growth Companies segment in 2017
The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on ASTURIANA DE LAMINADOS, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the Growth Companies segment, following a review of all the information presented by the company.
The company, the first to join this market segment in 2017, is due to be listed next Monday, 19 June, once the MAB’s Board of Directors has approved the admission. The starting price will be €1.5 per share and its initial market capitalisation will be €38.5 million.
The company’s ticker symbol will be “ELZ” and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”. eSTRATELIS Advisors is the Registered Advisor, while Mercados y Gestión de Valores will act as Liquidity Provider.
