BME brings together seven Spanish midcaps with European investors in Geneva

Tenth edition of the "Geneva MidCap Event"

• Representing a combined market value of 12 billion euros

The tenth edition of the Geneva MidCap Event, an annual meeting of medium and small companies with investors sponsored by BME, is being held in Geneva today. The two-day meeting will allow the management teams of eight small and medium capitalisation Spanish listed companies to meet with European institutional investors from France, Belgium, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and Switzerland. More than 100 investors will attend the event this year.

Through the planned private meetings (one to one, one to few, discovery presentation), important European investors will have the opportunity to meet Spanish listed companies and receive more information about them.

This initiative of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is developed within the framework of the BME 4Companies project, whose objective is to boost the liquidity and financing capacity of companies by increasing transparency and the relations of companies with the markets.

The companies attending are, BME, Ebro Foods, Laboratorios Rovi, Mediaset, Prisa, Talgo and Viscofán. They represent a combined market value of 12 billion euros.
