BYTETRAVEL S.A. is a young Spanish company founded in 2021 specializing in the travel-tech sector (technology for travel) and focused on creating auxiliary services for tourists and business travelers worldwide.
While there are multiple companies dedicated to providing means of transport, accommodation, and activities/tours at the destination, various consumer and multinational company demands—some of which are essential—are not yet optimally covered by the sector.
We aim to be the reference company that provides these complementary services, or "ancillaries," efficiently and reliably through the extensive use of technology, automation, biometrics, and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to guarantee an experience that facilitates time-saving for customers in their arrangements while simultaneously decreasing operational costs for society.
We are a young company in full expansion, currently counting a team of 68 professionals from 15 different nationalities. We started with VISAGOV, an online service for the management and processing of tourist and business visas in 70 countries—an activity that will continue to grow strongly in the coming years—have continued with ROAMIC, an eSIM card that allows mobile internet connection in more than 190 countries, avoiding high roaming costs from telephone operators and PRIOVIP, an online service to provide access to vip lounges in more than 1.800 airports worlwide
Our strategic plan includes the creation of other products to be implemented in the future, some developed internally as business units and others in collaboration with other companies, facilitating cross-selling. 98% of our revenue comes from abroad, with the USA, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada, and Switzerland being some of our main markets.
Despite our youth, we have been highly profitable since the first year and achieved a consolidated profit before tax of €3.39 million in 2024. This is the result of the extensive experience of our management team combined with the ambition of a young team that wants to grow professionally and create innovative products. Bytetravel’s ROIC (Return on Invested Capital) reaches 141%, which indicates that the company has an organic capacity to grow and make its investments profitable that is far superior to that of any company in the sector. The company's services can be purchased by end customers and businesses.
The more than 4,800 partners with whom we maintain agreements—travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, financial institutions, and other companies in the tourism sector—perceive us as a complementary product to their catalog. We are starting on BME Scaleup with the humility of those who want to learn, but with the desire to climb the steps and move into much larger markets in 2026.
