Parlem Telecom receives favourable report from BME Growth

• The company is the third to join this BME market in 2021, following the market debut of Adriano and the favourable report on Arteche

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of BME Growth has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on PARLEM TELECOM COMPANYIA DE TELECOMUNICACIONS following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.

PARLEM TELECOM will be the third company to join BME Growth in 2021, after Adriano's market debut in this market and the recent announcement of a favourable report on the listing of Arteche. 

PARLEM TELECOM will carry out a rights issue in the coming days. Once completed, it will publish an annex to the Informative Document with the result. The Board of Directors of the company will take the subscription price of the capital increase as a reference price for the start of trading.

Norgestión is the Registered Adviser while Banco Sabadell will act as Liquidity Provider.
