Registered advisors play an essential role for companies seeking admission and listing on BME Growth. Authorized by BME, they guide companies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Registered advisors are specialized professional firms that assess the eligibility of companies for access to BME Growth, guide them through the admission process and provide support during their time as listed companies. In fact, regulations require each company to have a designated registered advisor at all times.

They verify the company’s compliance with the requirements for admission to trading and provide advice. In particular, they collaborate on preparing the information document for admission to BME Growth.

• Once the listing begins, they support the company in complying with its transparency obligations, both through the periodic publication of required financial information and the timely communication of relevant facts.

• They act as points of contact for BME Growth’s bodies, addressing any queries they may have about the issuer, its operations or the degree of compliance with its obligations.

Legal entities that meet the following requirements may be registered advisors:

• Sufficient proven experience in advising companies, particularly in relation to the securities market.

• Qualification and experience in financing in securities markets (at least two responsible persons in each company).

• Independence and prevention of possible conflicts of interest. 

Companies and registered advisors will establish the terms and conditions of their relationship.
