Discover BME Growth

Legally, it is structured as an integrated trading segment of BME MTF Equity, which is a multilateral trading facility designed to give small and mid-cap companies access to capital markets.

Its regulations, costs and processes are specifically tailored to the characteristics of growing companies, combining flexibility with high levels of transparency and investor information.

Listing on BME Growth allows companies to diversify their sources of financing, increase their visibility and credibility, optimize their capital structure and improve their management professionalism, while enhancing the liquidity of their shares and the valuation of their projects.

The market is open to companies from any sector, although those linked to innovation, technology, health, engineering, telecommunications, renewable energies and real estate through REITs stand out.

Additionally, it has a network of registered advisors to support companies in their admission to trading and regulatory compliance, as well as a growing group of qualified investors that support their growth plans.

In an economic environment such as the Spanish one, which is characterized by the predominance of SMEs, BME Growth is a key platform for promoting their development and facilitating their expansion. In some cases, it can serve as a preliminary step to their future listing on the stock exchange.

Pre Market Environment Program: Interested?

The Pre Market Environment (EpM) is an educational, training and networking program promoted by BME aimed at growing SMEs, startups and scaleups interested in learning how capital markets work. Its objective is to help companies prepare for future admission to BME-managed markets, reducing the learning curve and facilitating their adaptation to the organizational, financial and transparency requirements of a listed company.

The program is divided into two segments. The first segment is aimed at startups. The second, called Growth, is aimed at companies with greater experience and a higher degree of development. Companies can analyze the steps needed to access the market and accelerate their transformation process through training sessions, practical advice, and networking activities with private and institutional investors.

Additionally, the open and collaborative nature of the Pre Market Environment fosters interaction with advisors, experts and professionals from the financial sector, creating an ecosystem that drives learning, visibility and financing opportunities for participating companies.
