Registered advisors are specialist firms that assess whether a company meets the necessary criteria for listing on BME Growth, guide it through the entire admission process and continue to provide support whilst it remains a listed company. The regulations also stipulate that every company must have a designated registered advisor at all times.

Intermediaries and Market Members

Most brokers operating on the Spanish stock exchange are also members of BME Growth. If the broker with whom an investor usually trades is not a member, the investor may route their orders through one of the market members.

Furthermore, companies wishing to list on BME Growth must appoint a liquidity provider, who must be a market member.
