As from August 23, 2026 the Market Data Licensing Agreement of BME Market Data (effective as from August 23, 2026) consists on the following Contract Elements: Restricted to Display, Restricted to Non-display, General Terms and Conditions, Policies, Price List, Audit Code of Practice, Product Catalogue and Order Form.

- Direct connections to its dissemination platforms (SIX MDDX, BME Gate Server, and BME Multicast Binary Feed).
- Co-Location, Proximity, London Hub, and Third-Party Provider services, by providing space (racks) and the necessary communications infrastructure for the installation of the software and hardware required by members for market access or also providing connectivity to third parties from the BME CPD (Third-Party Provider Service).
