Through this service, Iberclear reports to issuers of registered shares, and other parties requesting them, details on the transactions that require an update to their shareholder register, on a daily basis.Iberclear will receive the ownership data associated with the settled operations, will process this information and at the end of each business day will make available to issuers the detail data of the operations carried out on their securities. Iberclear provides issuer entities with the service of channeling the requests for identification of shareholders and holders of fixed-income instruments to participants. These requests are sent by the issuers in order to obtain the necessary data for the identification of the holders of their equity and non-equity securities.
This beneficial owner identification service complements the existing shareholder identification service. In this case, issuers request information from Iberclear relating to the identification of final beneficiarial owner data.
As part of the corporate action processing carried out by Iberclear, participant entities may request agent entities to pay the gross amount of the coupons of public or private fixed-income securities when no withholding applies.
Through loyalty shares, issuers can adjust the ratio of the nominal value of a share to the voting rights in order to confer a double vote on each share.
The service provides issuers with a daily or monthly liquidity report on their own securities, as well as a benchmark comparison with other securities listed on BME. The liquidity offered is the ex-post liquidity of each of the instruments that make up the continuous market, measured in terms of cash traded for specific periods.
Fichas Valor services enable issuers to integrate financial information components into their corporate websites without the need for specific development, as BME supplies the content, carries out the design and integrates it into the client's website.
