Sociedad de Bolsas, a company of the BME Group, is the governing body of the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (SIBE), the platform that connects the Spanish Stock Exchanges and enables the trading of equity securities through their members.

In addition, Sociedad de Bolsas is the entity responsible for the calculation and administration of the IBEX 35®, the IBEX® family of indices, and equity strategy indices. It is registered as an Index Administrator with the CNMV in accordance with the European Benchmark Regulation and complies with the IOSCO Principles applicable to benchmark indices.

Information related to trading on SIBE and to the IBEX indices is managed by BME Market Data, also part of the BME Group. Any commercial use or redistribution of such information requires prior authorization from BME Market Data (marketdata@grupobme.es).
