Contractual Documentation for the Provision of Data Flows from BME Exchange

The BME Information Dissemination Agreement consists of the following documents: general conditions; special cases; reporting template; information product catalogue; rates; and the specific conditions section template.

As from August 23, 2026 the Market Data Licensing Agreement of BME Market Data (effective as from August 23, 2026) consists on the following Contract Elements:  Restricted to Display, Restricted to Non-display,  General Terms and Conditions, Policies, Price List,  Audit Code of Practice, Product Catalogue and Order Form.
