BME today welcomed Atrys Health during the traditional Bell Ringing to celebrate its listing on BME Growth and its debut on the stock exchange. The event was led by Santiago de Torres, Chairman of the company, who stressed that this milestone allows Atrys Health to access new investors, both national and international, and to boost its organic and inorganic growth plan. In his welcome remarks, David Jiménez Blanco, Vice-Chairman of BME and Chairman of the Madrid stock exchange, highlighted that "Thanks to its access to the capital markets, Atrys Health has ceased to be an SME to become a large company and a reference in its sector".

The company, which specialises on cancer diagnosis and treatment through the development of highly technological projects, joined BME Growth in 2016. It has carried out several capital increase transactions and has also tapped into MARF, BME’s fixed-income market, for funding.

The initial trading price was set at 10.10 euros per share, coinciding with the share’s closing price on BME Growth last Friday, representing a market value of 620 million euros. The company began trading on the stock exchange under the ticker symbol "ATRY". It is the first IPO of the year.
