New document from ENERGY SOLAR TECH about its listing on BME Growth

The Market’s Coordination and Admission Committee believes that ENERGY SOLAR TECH will meet the requirements for its listing on BME Growth.

The Board of Directors of the company, which is the twelfth company to register a Document of Incorporation on this market, has taken as a reference for the start of trading of the shares a price of 3.12 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 64.5 million euros. This price coincides with the price agreed in the last capital increase carried out by the company just before its incorporation to the market.

The company's Registered Advisor is GVC Gaesco Valores, which will also act as Liquidity Provider.
