The Board of Directors of the company, which is the fourth company and second REIT to register a Document of Incorporation on this BME market in 2023, has taken as a reference for the start of trading of the shares a price of 26 euro per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 62.3 million euros. This price coincides with the price established in the valuation report carried out by CBRE prior to its incorporation to the market.
The Registered Advisor of the company is Renta 4 Corporate, while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
The main objective of MILEPRO LOGÍSTICA DE ÚLTIMA MILLA SOCIMI is to create a portfolio of real estate assets related to the logistics sector (warehousing, distribution, cross-docking, transport, etc.) with a last mile approach in order to invest in the improvement and transformation of this sector with a view to offering a better quality of service to both people and companies that require logistics services.
