RESYDENZA SOCIMI to start trading in BME Scaleup on 10th May

The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved the incorporation of RESYDENZA SOCIMI next 10th May once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analyzed and studied and the favorable evaluation report of the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee has been issued.

The Board of Directors of the company, has taken as a reference for the start of the trading of the shares a price of €0.87 per share, taking into account the valuation report made by an independent expert, which implies a total valuation of the company of €4.35 million.

The company's trading code will be SCRES”. The company's Registered Advisor is PKF Attest Servicios Empresariales.

RESYDENZA SOCIMI is a company belonging to the Pryconsa Group specialized in the generation of a portfolio of properties for rent with the right to buy.
