ClarkeModet and Lets Group join the BME Pre-Market Environment as partners

• ClarkeModet is a Spanish group specialised in financing, protection and defence of intellectual property in Europe and Latin America and was founded in 1879.
• The Lets Group, comprising Letslaw, Letsfinance and Letstech, provides legal advice to technology businesses, startups and corporates, financial consulting and M&A Tech.

Entorno Pre Mercado (EpM), BME's training programme that helps companies familiarise themselves with the securities markets, welcomes two new partners: ClarkeModet and Lets Group. With them, there are now 29 direct collaborators who currently form part of this BME initiative, which also has 20 companies that are preparing to become listed companies. Nine companies have already made the leap to the financial markets from the Pre-Market Environment.

The Lets Group is made up of Letslaw, Letsfinance and Letstech. Letslaw , founded in 2012, is dedicated to innovative legal advice, and seeks to maintain a commitment to excellence and innovation to be a benchmark in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem. For its part, Letsfinance is dedicated to financial advice for companies, start-ups, scale-ups, etc. This branch of the group has its own method and approach that allows them to offer customised solutions to each of their clients, from large corporations to SMEs and technology companies.  Letstech is established with a 360-degree vision to provide advanced and accessible technological solutions for SMEs, allowing them to optimise their processes and expand their operations in the global market.

ClarkeModet has an international infrastructure that allows it to provide services worldwide. It promotes innovative and creative activity in public and private organisations, providing comprehensive advice on the strategic management of intellectual property assets and supporting companies and entrepreneurs in applying for and managing grants and subsidies for R&D&I, industrial investment and digitalisation. The company also manages tax incentives for innovation: tax deductions, Social Security bonuses for research personnel, tax lease and patent box, among others.

By joining the Pre-Market Environment, ClarkeModet seeks to facilitate the entry of its startups and midcaps clients into this environment thanks to the potential of BME, which, combined with the support of the ClarkeModet group in terms of fundraising and tax incentives, will contribute to the growth and market positioning of these companies.

With these new incorporations, the Pre-Market Environment continues to prepare companies for their future incorporation into the financial markets through its training and coaching programme. The call for companies and investors is still open and ongoing.
