The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved the incorporation of Masa Rental SOCIMI on 14 November, once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analysed and studied and the favourable evaluation report of the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee has been issued.
The company's Board of Directors has taken as a reference for the start of the share offering a price of 114 euros per share, which implies a total company value of 100 million euros.
The Company's trading code will be ‘SCMAS’ and its Registered Advisor is Armabex Asesores Registrados.
The company, which will be the eleventh firm to join BME’s growth markets this year, is a family-owned holding company established in 2024, with its origins in a business group founded in 1973. With more than 50 years of experience, it began its activity as a developer, builder, and marketer of residential housing. Currently, its activity focuses on investing in real estate assets in the Spanish market aimed at obtaining long-term rental income, with a presence in various Spanish cities, including Alicante, Murcia, Madrid, Valladolid, Barcelona, and Albacete.
