Medium Press Release
  • The digital consultancy, which debuted on BME Scaleup in January after coming from the Pre-Market Environment, is the first to take this step

New chapter in Redegal's journey as a listed company. The company joined the Pre-Market Environment, BME's training and networking programme, in 2021. In January of this year, it debuted on BME Scaleup, and now, starting from July 31, it will join BME Growth, following the approval of the market's Board of Directors.

The Galician company thus continues to climb the financing ladder that BME offers to growing companies. Since its debut on BME Scaleup, it has recorded a revaluation of 25.7%, reaching a market capitalization of 19.16 million euros. With its move to BME Growth, the first by a company originating from BME Scaleup, the company takes a natural step that reaffirms its commitment to greater liquidity and transparency.

The company's trading code will be "RDG." Its registered advisor is DCM Asesores, Dirección y Consultoría de Mercados, while Renta 4 Banco acts as its liquidity provider.

"Redegal's trajectory symbolises BME's ability to offer alternatives that adapt to companies' needs at every stage. The company went through our Pre-Market Environment, which prepares companies to become listed, and has spent six months on BME Scaleup. Now it will continue to be part of the BME growth market family as a new company on BME Growth, where we wish it the best of luck," explains Juan Flames, CEO of BME.

Redegal has a strong specialization in generating digital business, materializing projects from their initial phase to complex strategies and developments with a multisectoral approach. Its portfolio of national and international clients ranges from SMEs to large companies listed on the world's leading stock exchanges.

Redegal's access document is available on the BME Growth website, where all data related to the company and its business can be found.

BME's growth markets (BME Growth and BME Scaleup) are aimed at small and medium-sized companies. In 2024, these markets welcomed 23 new companies and now have over 150 companies admitted for trading. BME Growth allows small-cap companies from all sectors, with a significant presence of technology companies, to finance their growth, with recurring access to capital increases and a broad base of national and international investors. Meanwhile, BME Scaleup is especially geared toward scaleups, though it is also open to other types of companies such as SMEs, SOCIMIs, or family businesses. This market adapts to the needs of these companies by easing incorporation requirements while providing the necessary transparency for investors. Among the advantages of accessing capital markets for small and medium-sized companies are financing, reputation, visibility, boosting inorganic growth, and greater ease in attracting and retaining talent.

With these growth markets, BME completes its range of services. BME offers a market for every type of company, from the initial steps into capital markets with the Pre-Market Environment training to large companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
