The Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee considers that KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI will meet the requirements for its incorporation to BME Growth.
The Board of Directors of the company, which is the third company to register a Document of Incorporation on this BME market in 2023, has taken as a reference for the start of trading of the shares a price of 14 euro per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 20.4 million euros. This price coincides with the price agreed in the last capital increase carried out by the company prior to its incorporation to the market.
The Registered Advisor of the company is VGM Advisory Partners, while GVC Gaesco Valores will act as Liquidity Provider.
KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI is a REIT with a social vocation and recurring returns that invests in non-prime areas with affordable rents. KTESIOS' business model consists of investing, at attractive prices (at a discount to the market price), in finished residential assets (without developer risk) for long-term rental, located in non-prime areas in Spain with a favorable economic environment. It currently owns a portfolio of 609 properties located in 9 different provinces in Spain.
KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI joined Euronext Access Lisboa on 1 June 2021. It is expected that after the incorporation in BME Growth, and as soon as possible, the company will request the delisting of all the shares of Euronext Access Lisboa.
